Power and duties of the key persons of the office of the Inspector of Madrasah are -

1. Monitoring of Recognition section and have power of approving renewal of recognized Madrasah and issue office order for necessary inspection and investigation up to Fazil level.
2. After thorough verification at different level in the section forward the proposal to the Chairman for establishment of new Madrasah or a established Madrasah for recognition and renewal of Kamil Madrasah and issue office order by order of Chairman.
3. Forward the proposal to the Chairman for opening of subject or group at specific level as the case may be and issue office order by order of Chairman.
4. Monitor discipline and ensure accountability and transparency in the section
5. Make proposal for disciplinary action against officer/employee
